By booking a ritual with us, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Appointments
All services are provided by appointment only.
Each ritual is thoughtfully prepared to provide a calm, personalized, and high-quality experience.
Deposits & Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking, guests choose to pay either 50% or 100% of the service price as a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may always be rescheduled to any convenient date and time, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not arrive for your appointment, the deposit is forfeited and the appointment cannot be rescheduled.
Late Arrival
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service time in order to respect the next guest’s appointment.
The full service price will still apply.
Health & Wellness Information
Before your first ritual, you may be asked to complete a wellness intake form.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, health conditions, medications, or concerns before your appointment — this helps us provide a safe and personalized experience.
Azure Wellness House reserves the right to modify or decline a service if it is deemed unsafe based on the health information provided.
Age Requirement
Guests must be 18 years or older to receive services, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Privacy of Information
Any personal or health information shared with us, including through the wellness intake form, is kept confidential and used only to provide safe, personalized care.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to our staff or other guests.
